Geoff Hicks as a fully licensed builder (Lic No: R98345) has been conducting residential building & pest Inspections throughout the Illawarra area for over 12 years.  To date we have conducted in excess of 7,000 residential inspections to properties in varying conditions.

Geoff, Director of HomeRight Building & Pest Inspections, has during the course of his career in the building industry worked as a fully licensed builder.  Owned & operated a residential building company for over 15 years, specializing in renovations and additions, working directly along side our costumers.
